The current chairman is Rachel Goldsmith.

The chairman is responsible for ensuring that resources are found and allocated to secure the survival and growth of the company and to ensure that the company has an artistic direction. The chairman also chairs all meetings.

Rachel has been a member of CPTP since she stage managed The Odd Couple in 2004.
