Steven Hyndman

Steve tried his hand as a painter before becoming an actor in light comedy and farce. A fortuitous meeting at the Drama Studio, London ultimately led to a new direction and gradually persuaded him to look beyond local entertainments. In 1999 Steve joined the Tower Theatre and studied intensively for three years working in technical management and stage design as well as acting. Earlier this year, Steve joined forces with Michelle Mullins (Producer) and William Patterson (Writer) for 'By The Short Hairs' at the Cockpit. An opportunity to read for 'Life of Timon' followed - it was successful. Encouraged, Steve has since worked as combination Actor/SM on 'Small Craft Warnings' for CP Theatre Productions. He still paints and looks forward to a long and rewarding relationship with the company.
