Fernando de Souza
Fernando de Souza trained as an architect at the University of Brasilia, where he started designing sets and costumes. In 1996 he reconstructed the original sets and costumes of Diaghilev's Les Ballets Russes at the Municipal Theatre in Rio de Janeiro, where he became Producer, and then Technical Director. In 2004 he graduated in Opera Studies at Manchester University, after which he designed sets for Diary of Poems at the Royal Opera House. His work for CPTP includes And Did Those Feet, Teachers' Playground and Huis Clos.
