Chelsea Players was founded in the 1960s and enjoyed a 25-year residency at London's Chelsea Theatre until 2000. From 2001, Chelsea Players evolved into a touring fringe theatre company. Each production is now staged at a theatre suitable for it; we continue to perform at the Barons Court Theatre, Fulham; the Putney Arts Theatre, Putney and the Landor Theatre, Clapham. The company first performed at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2004, and has returned every year since.
