PRODUCTION NOTES
It arose in the East around 1346 and entered France via Marseille in January 1346; by the end of the next year he highland people of Scotland were dying.
Red Noses is set in the France of 1348-49. The action moves between Auxerre and Avignon, where the French Pope, Clement VI, distracted from his scheming against the Italian Pope, reportedly calculated the eventual death toll to be 23,840,000.
Not all, however, were victims of the Black Death.
