NEXT WORKSHOP: Voice and Interpretation
Sunday 5th September, 2.30pm - 6.30pm

This workshop is for actors of all ages whether professional or not, or for first timers interested in the art of acting.

Participants will do physical exercises such as relaxation, breathing, resonance, modulation and articulation, which will help them find, free, and use their natural voices.

As our next production is to be Romeo & Juliet, which auditions the following week, we will work on texts mostly taken from verse drama. There will be group and individual work. You are asked to wear loose and comfortable clothing.

There is a fee for this workshop, which is open to members and non-members: £15 (non-members); £10 (members).

It will be run by Lindy Henny, BA LRAM, who trained in theatre and is a voice and communication specialist. She has taught in French and English theatre schools, and has performed in many productions. She will be assisted by Miranda Harrison, a working actor.
